I've led a complex Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout for Beckers Group across 10 countries, owning technical configuration and data activities from requirements through user readiness.
I run requirements workshops, document functional designs and operating procedures, configure solutions, build data migration templates, manage testing in Azure DevOps, and train superusers. I also engineered automated parameter-calculation logic and Bulk Record Management tools to improve consistency and support global data updates.
In 2026, I founded The Neutral Ground, a live UK SaaS case management platform built with AI-assisted development tools including Lovable and Supabase. I use AI tools daily for product design, prompt engineering, and structured output evaluation.
