Previously, at Swish Marketing and Sales / My Domain Living, I managed student accommodation, residential accommodation, and short- and long-term stays. I supported Airbnb and Booking.com listings, lease administration, tenant and guest queries, inspections, maintenance, and landlord support, while market analysis helped increase rental revenue by 10%.

My property background also includes leasing administration for Upper Eastside Rentals, where I handled viewings, tenant applications, inspections, lease renewals, vacant-unit marketing, maintenance, and deal closing.

Alongside property management, I've run a freelance design and photography business and held office management, executive assistant, hospitality, and front-of-house management roles. I bring practical experience in customer service, bookkeeping, supplier coordination, team support, and keeping operations running smoothly.
