What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support customers or students through service, technical troubleshooting, data accuracy, and process improvement while continuing to lead and train teams.

I support 1,500–2,300 Veterans and military-connected students each semester at Prince George’s Community College, maintaining a 98% satisfaction rating. I help students navigate admissions, use VA education benefits, and access tools including Navigate 360 and Canvas.

I serve as a first point of contact, protect sensitive PII, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and train and manage about eight new employees each semester. I’ve also created three processes used as templates for approximately 650 students and support compliance through catalog, document, dashboard, and data-accuracy projects.

I currently lead the Servicemembers to Scholars Vet Club as president, overseeing a cabinet and planning, budgeting, and coordinating events. Earlier, at HeartNSoulmade, I supported inventory, quality assurance, office operations, and customer service.
