At Optaris, I led functional discovery for an integration between CRM and vendor-management platforms, including the low-code platform Deyel. I coordinated directly with the client’s Product Owner to support the full commercial cycle.
I modeled end-to-end business processes in BPMN and Miro, and designed a prioritized backlog with more than 25 user stories and acceptance criteria. I also facilitated discovery sessions to clarify scope and turn business decisions into functional specifications.
I took part in Scrum ceremonies and supported functional testing and user validation before releases. My work connected business stakeholders with the technical team throughout the project.
Previously, at Aper, I managed operational processes and configured marketplace back offices for banking entities. I also redesigned processes between teams and developed Monday dashboards for task and SLA tracking.
