My work turns complex systems and operating models into practical user guides, work instructions, visual guides, videos, knowledge-base content, and training materials.

At Queensland Police Service, I created transition guides, walkthrough videos, administrator guides, and support work instructions for a major ICT environment transition. At Woodside, I improved an end-to-end network infrastructure map from 70% to 100% accuracy and designed a documentation management methodology aligned to change procedures.

I also founded Simplex Systems, developing an online system to identify off-market businesses using large datasets for desktop environmental due diligence. I build documentation processes, content libraries, templates, quality controls, and success metrics that make information easier to find, manage, and use.
