What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Customer Service role where I can use my communication and problem-solving skills to support clients, resolve queries quickly, and build long-term trust. I want a BPO environment that values deadlines, consistency, and excellent customer experiences.

I’m a customer service-focused professional with experience supporting clients through Upwork and Fiverr, handling communication, requirements, and delivery while keeping deadlines on track. I’m detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable resolving queries to keep client experiences smooth and professional.

In my freelance work, I managed 15+ client projects by gathering project details, answering concerns, and using active listening to understand needs. I communicated with international clients through email and chat support, maintaining a 95%+ satisfaction rate and strong long-term relationships.

I also bring creative problem-solving from graphic design work—designing logos, banners, ads, and business materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
