At Tata Consultancy Services on the Halfords account, I build New Relic dashboards and synthetic-monitoring automation, including Python pipelines that connect Juniper Mist, 8x8, and Amplience service data to priority-based ServiceNow incidents.
I'm also building an agentic RAG documentation assistant with LangGraph, LangChain, ChromaDB, Ollama, Tavily, Langfuse, and Streamlit. I use tracing to diagnose real AI failure modes, including hallucinated citations and retrieval bugs, and previously built a real-time American Sign Language recognition system that achieved approximately 94% accuracy using MediaPipe and a Random Forest classifier.
