What I'm looking for

I am seeking a leadership role in incident response or emergency management where I can apply my crisis command, multi-agency coordination and training experience to protect the public and develop teams.

I am a dedicated police officer with over two decades of service across multiple UK forces, bringing deep operational experience in first response, major-incident management and specialist search and disaster victim identification roles.

I have led teams under extreme pressure, acted as a tutor constable, deployed internationally with Interpol to forensically recover and repatriate British casualties, and received multiple commendations for bravery and professionalism.

I seek to apply my leadership, incident command and multi-agency liaison skills to roles that value resilience, clear decision-making and compassionate communication.
