What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end order, supply chain, and operational processes where I can improve fulfillment accuracy, reconciliation, vendor coordination, SLA performance, and customer outcomes.

At ZIPCushions, I own the full lifecycle of high-volume custom cushion orders, from intake and validation through production, billing, and delivery.

I use Zendesk and ERP systems to resolve customer, billing, and delivery issues, track SLAs, manage receivables, reconcile supplier invoices, and maintain order and inventory records.

I’ve built dashboards for order status, payments, supplier lead times, and delivery performance, while standardizing pre-production checkpoints to reduce rework and cancellations.

Previously at Amazon, I handled high-volume inbound, invoice and GRN verification, reconciliation, reverse logistics, reimbursements, warehouse operations, demand forecasting, and vendor coordination using JIRA and SIM ticketing.
