What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my project coordination, digital product delivery, data management, and cross-functional communication experience in a role with opportunities to improve workflows and manage multiple projects.

At the Pension Management Institute, I coordinate qualification delivery for the Certificate of Pension Calculation, keeping customers informed and supporting regulated and non-regulated products across multiple projects.

I maintain customer-facing qualification and examination content in Site123, manage candidate data in IMIS, and work with TestReach, examiners, and internal teams to develop digital qualifications. I also use Microsoft Excel, Jira, and Azure to support accurate delivery, quality assurance, and workflow improvements.

Previously, I managed five or more concurrent LQA game-audio projects at PTW | SIDE Global and coordinated teams across Malaysia, France, and the USA. My game-project experience also includes managing Cash Mania at HummingbirdGame and testing Mandarin localisation across more than six SEGA game titles.

I bring experience in reporting, data tracking, client communication, event coordination, property administration, and Mandarin medical interpretation. I hold an MA in Game Design and am preparing for PMP certification.
