At TTMS Technologies, I provide functional and technical support for SaaS applications supporting Global Trade and Tax operations. I investigate production issues with SQL, validate databases, and perform QA before production deployments.
I work closely with Development, Product, and Business teams to resolve incidents, improve application performance, and meet SLA targets. I also manage Jira tickets, document defects and enhancement requests, and create knowledge base content.
Previously at Thomson Reuters, I supported cloud and on-premises environments for ONESOURCE Global Trade, including Brazilian RECOF customs processes. I developed SQL queries, analyzed and debugged PL/SQL packages and procedures, and created audio and video tutorials.
My IT support experience also includes ZF Group and GKN Sinter Metals, where I supported users, managed IT assets, delivered training, maintained hardware, and monitored support SLAs.
