Jewel Bianca

I’m a compassionate, mission-driven professional with 5+ years of public-facing experience, and I’m now hoping to transition into youth advocacy. I bring lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges at-risk youth face, and I’m committed to being the support I once needed.

In my current role as a Confidential Advocate at SafeQuest Solano, I answer crisis hotline calls from survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and advocacy services. I conduct safety planning and risk assessments, complete emergency shelter screenings and referrals, assist with DVRO paperwork, and maintain accurate, confidential documentation using trauma-informed, survivor-centered practices.

Earlier, I built trust and handled high-pressure situations with empathy as a Brand Ambassador for Manzanita Naturals and as a Sales Associate at Cookies Hayward, where I learned to recognize emotional distress and respond calmly through nonjudgmental conversations. I’m currently pursuing further education in human services and social work, and I’m excited to continue training—including youth work restorative practices in crisis intervention.
