What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a collaborative role where I can own end-to-end IT support (including AV networking), apply analytics, and help deliver practical AI and security improvements—turning technical challenges into reliable, customer-focused outcomes.

I’m an IT consultant who blends AV network infrastructure, collaboration/streaming systems, and hands-on troubleshooting to keep teams running smoothly. I’m known for being efficient, proactive, and collaborative—especially when issues are complex or time-sensitive.

In recent work as an Independent Consultant, I’ve provided on-site IT support for Sanofi, built creative content strategies for non-profits, and applied advanced AI (including Gemini 2.0) to improve project management and client results. I also deliver cybersecurity consulting, performing independent security assessments and penetration testing using social engineering to identify vulnerabilities.

Earlier roles strengthened my operational depth: I supported AWS employees with advanced Mac/PC troubleshooting and device imaging; managed IT operations for 22 UW athletics teams and provided Gameday IT support for 300+ annual live events; and delivered specialized drone pre-sales and post-sales support at Autel Robotics, recognized as a top-three representative in my first month with the highest customer satisfaction rating. I began with AV systems work at Compass Group USA (Microsoft), installing and maintaining audiovisual infrastructure while serving as a first field technician for AV systems integration special projects.
