What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, manufacturing, logistics, or quality leadership role where I can lead teams, strengthen safety and quality systems, improve performance, and deliver continuous improvement across complex operations.

I've led quality, safety, and operational performance at Transportes Especializados de Centroamérica, managing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for specialised fuel transport. I drove successful recertification with zero major non-conformances while coordinating drivers, maintenance contractors, and administration across Central America.

At Lacthosa Sula Centro, I supervised food and beverage plant operations and managed 69 employees across multiple production lines. I maintained zero critical food safety incidents, coordinated inventory and production schedules, and improved shift productivity through continuous improvement projects.

I've also reduced garment-production waste by approximately 10% through lean manufacturing at Grupo Beta and taught mathematics and physics in Honduras and the UK. My background combines industrial production engineering, food safety, data-driven performance improvement, and fluent English and Spanish communication.
