What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve residential-development delivery through site leadership, project control, client handovers and smarter digital workflows that reduce time and cost.

I've delivered high-end residential developments with ACERTA, RTA, AEDAS Homes, Kronos Homes and One Eden, coordinating developers, contractors and homeowners through handover, snagging and warranty closure.

Across Spain and Germany, I've managed luxury townhouses, apartment blocks, villas, refurbishment projects and public-school infrastructure. My work covers site supervision, health and safety, subcontractor coordination, tendering, cost control, certifications and schedule management.

At Hahlhege in Düsseldorf, I handled project control and construction work including €3M WiFi cabling across public schools and a €2M residential-complex renovation. I bring structured document management, budget responsibility and reliable delivery oversight.

I'm technical by training and creative by instinct: I question established processes and rebuild them into systems that save time and cost. I also founded Phoenix Wall, a patented product, and use AI, CRM and workflow-automation tools to improve how projects run.
