Managed all operational aspects for the market, shaped the rolling 5-year supply chain strategy, and drove market forecasting transformation achieving a 50% improvement in forecast accuracy. Played a key role in the Thailand Management team, awarded as 'APAC Most Improved Market' in Y2024 and Y2025.

Managed all operational and business steering activities across the APAC region, led the development of the 5-Year Plan, and oversaw central demand management. Led supply chain steering through the COVID-19 period and completed the GROW corporate development program in 2022.
