I’m looking for a senior legal role where I can lead corporate and contract strategy, support complex real estate and M&A matters, and partner with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver practical advisory and litigation-ready outcomes.

I’m a results-driven Senior Corporate & Contract Attorney with 9+ years of experience in corporate and contract law, specialising in M&A, real estate transactions, and investor relations. I lead legal departments from the ground up, manage cross-functional teams, and provide strategic advisory directly to C-suite stakeholders across multinational and real estate development environments.

On secondment as sole legal counsel for NürnbergMesse Brasil, I embedded under the CFO and built the company’s legal function from scratch, drafting, negotiating, and managing event and partnership contracts in close collaboration with the commercial team. Before that, at Vitacon S/A and MPD Engenharia, I led advisory and transactional legal work end-to-end—corporate instruments, land acquisition risk mitigation, investor relations negotiations, and complex financial structures (including CRIs and real estate investment funds). Early in my career, I managed a nationwide commercial lease litigation portfolio of 300+ cases, strengthening my ability to support both advisory and litigation outcomes.
