I’m a Senior Legal Counsel with more than eight years of in-house legal experience supporting multinational and publicly traded companies across technology, infrastructure, utilities, and energy. I partner with Sales, Commercial, Procurement, and business leadership to negotiate complex commercial agreements, support technology transactions, and manage legal risks in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.
I advise on SaaS, software licensing, procurement, consulting, outsourcing, professional services, marketing, vendor, and confidentiality agreements, while strengthening governance, compliance, and operational excellence. In my current role at iFood, I lead contract governance improvements through Netlex CLM implementation, standardization, and workflow optimization, and I develop AI-enabled legal solutions, dashboards, and KPIs to streamline contract management.
Before iFood, I served as Senior Legal Counsel at BRK Ambiental, supporting high-value commercial, procurement, and technology agreements and using SAP Ariba Contracts for Contract Lifecycle Management. Earlier roles included corporate governance work with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), board and committee documentation, and legal due diligence and contract support across strategic corporate transactions.
