I am a corporate lawyer with over five years' experience advising on M&A, corporate governance, compliance, capital markets, contracts and sports law for domestic and international clients across agriculture, chemical, aviation, food, retail and sports sectors. I deliver technical, business-aligned legal solutions, led sell-side and buy-side due diligence, drafted transactional documentation and supported negotiations with an emphasis on compliance and ESG.

My background includes roles at prominent firms and in-house secondments where I managed governance obligations, integrated board members, supported regulatory filings with CVM and B3, and produced complex legal analyses and reports to inform strategic decisions.
