At TENKIEBOX CONCEPTS INC., I manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and resume screening through initial interviews and hiring coordination. I work with department heads to identify staffing needs and keep hiring trackers up to date.
I also support onboarding, employee records, attendance and payroll inputs, benefits coordination, and employee relations. My work includes coordinating performance evaluations and offboarding while maintaining confidential HR documentation.
Previously, I handled recruitment and employee administration at DRUGMAKERS LABORATORIES,INC. and assisted with recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR records as a Human Resource Intern at YAMAHA MOTOR PHILIPPINES INC. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) certification.
