At Kelly Sinclair Recruitment Partners, I manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client consultation and tailored sourcing strategies through to candidate assessment, offer negotiation and successful placement. I build long-term client and candidate relationships while providing market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.

Previously at Three Bridges Recruitment, I helped create its Accountancy Practice Recruitment division and managed permanent accounting and finance vacancies across Scotland. At Schlemmer & Associates, I managed recruitment for a portfolio of more than 50 clients, partnering with HR managers, directors and business owners on strategic hiring needs.

I use LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, job boards, referrals and targeted search to source and headhunt candidates. I also bring experience in competency-based interviews, pre-employment screening, onboarding, business development and digital content creation.
