I’m looking for a leadership role in hospice or home health where I can deliver executive oversight, strengthen compliance and quality, and support interdisciplinary teams with compassionate patient advocacy and care coordination that improves outcomes.

I’m a compassionate Registered Nurse and healthcare advocate with 25+ years guiding patients and families through complex healthcare journeys across hospice, home health, acute care, travel nursing, triage, and executive clinical leadership. I focus on patient advocacy, care coordination, and healthcare navigation—addressing barriers that impact patient outcomes and quality of life through empathetic, patient-centered communication in both remote and clinical environments.

In my current role as Executive Director for hospice, I provide executive oversight of hospice operations, clinical performance, staffing, compliance, and patient care delivery, leading interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, operational efficiency, and quality of care. Previously, I supported high-stress hospice triage and after-hours symptom management, and as an RN Case Manager I coordinated comprehensive care plans, maintained EMR documentation, and ensured Medicare, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance while delivering education and crisis-focused support during transitions of care.
