I’m seeking a remote palliative care nursing role supporting patients and caregivers by phone.

At Optum / Heart of Hospice, I direct clinical operations for an 80–90 patient hospice census. I cut documentation turnaround from 48 to 24 hours through staff training and daily monitoring, and strengthened CMS audit readiness.

As an RN Case Manager at Heart of Hospice (Lafayette & Alexandria), Hope Hospice, and Allegiance Hospice, I managed hospice care from admission through end-of-life support. I checked in with patients and caregivers by phone and video, assessed symptoms, and coordinated with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Earlier, at Acadian Medical Center, I led Med-Surg operations and served as House Supervisor. I cut patient falls by 50% through staff education and other unit changes, and implemented bedside shift reporting with an auditing system.
