I am a proactive, detail-oriented Information Technology student specializing in user-centred interface design, customer service, and data handling. I have practical experience in banking customer support and administration, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills while managing customer enquiries and maintaining accurate records.

I served as Financial Secretary for a student association, managing finances, recording transactions, and supporting event coordination with transparency and accountability.
