I'm looking to continue delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care in a collaborative clinical environment where I can apply leadership, care coordination, and critical-thinking skills.

At St. Joseph Hospital Orange, I deliver comprehensive nursing care across oncology, behavioral health, orthopedics, medical-surgical, telemetry, and general surgery units. As a Relief Charge Nurse in the Clinical Decision Unit Overflow, I oversee daily operations, guide nursing staff, and coordinate with providers, ancillary departments, and families.

I'm committed to compassionate advocacy, rapid assessment, and individualized care plans that support patient safety and healing. My experience also includes building trusted relationships with residents and families in senior living.
