What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care, lead patient-centered care initiatives, and support patients and families across complex medical, telemetry, oncology, or hospice settings.

I've delivered high-acuity nursing care at St. Luke's Hospital and VNA Hospice, managing complex medical-surgical, telemetry, post-operative, oncology, and end-of-life needs.

In my current medical-surgical acute care/telemetry role, I serve as charge nurse, manage six or more patients, coordinate individualized care plans, and lead initiatives that improve patient satisfaction. I recognize changing priorities, anticipate complications, and advocate for patients and families through evidence-based practice.

I've also supported critically ill patients while floating to ICU and the Emergency Department, supervised LPNs and HHAs in hospice, and partnered with interdisciplinary teams on bereavement care.
