I lead billing operations at Second Story Counseling, supporting daily workflows across insurance and client payments, eligibility checks, claim resolution, and fee schedule updates.

I supervise the practice billing team and work closely with credentialing, the practice manager, and the owner to maintain accurate information and prompt payment processes.

I develop contingency plans, delegate billing responsibilities, and implement strategies to reduce accounts receivable and patient aging while keeping the billing process efficient.

Previously, I handled patient and insurance payments, insurance verification, electronic deposits, scheduling, and patient questions at Robinson Dental. I also supported recruiting, scheduling, parent communication, and tuition payment processing as Assistant Director at Solid Rock Childcare.
