What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can strengthen escrow, property tax, mortgage servicing, compliance, and quality processes while supporting teams and resolving complex account issues.

At Cenlar, I directed property tax documentation validation, escrow administration, payment operations, and regulatory review across high-volume residential loan portfolios. I trained and coached 15 team members, reviewed up to 150 property tax loans daily at 98%–100% accuracy, and earned the True Blue Award for resolving complex property tax discrepancies.

I've also supported mortgage borrowers at Wells Fargo and healthcare providers at UnitedHealthcare, handling account research, coverage verification, documentation, and high-volume service requests.
