I’m a dedicated professional who leads daily animal shelter operations with a focus on compassionate care and efficient workflow. I develop and implement policies and procedures, and I bring strong communication and problem-solving skills to every team interaction.

In my current Office Manager role, I oversee the intake and adoption processes to improve overall shelter efficiency. I manage operations across 17 retail partner locations, serving as the primary liaison and handling cat care and transport, while maintaining accurate records of shelter operations, animal intake, and adoptions.

I also coordinate adoption events to boost community engagement and adoption rates, manage inventory of supplies to ensure operational needs are met, and support long-stay rescues through specialized behavioral training. Under the direction of a veterinarian, I administer medical treatments and screen adopters to help match pets to the right needs and requirements.

Previously as a Shelter Manager, I oversaw daily operations for a facility housing over 150 animals, managing and training staff and volunteers to maintain high-quality care, behavior modification, and sanitation standards. I also built operational procedures and safety practices, reported medical or behavioral concerns to the vet team, and earlier drove growth as a Marketing Coordinator through social media, online fundraising, website content, press releases, and adoption event promotion.
