Jesús Goya

I’m an Ingeniero en Ciencias de la Computación with experience across two core areas: web system development and IT support. I create custom programs to automate company work, and I also handle the maintenance of computers, networks, and user assistance—because my goal is that technology becomes a solution, not a problem.

In my professional roles, I provided client-facing service and administrative support, while also delivering technical support for networks, hardware, and software. At a municipal IT area, I worked on preventive/corrective maintenance, firmware and printer driver management, and the installation and updating of Windows, Office, design software, and network configurations.

On the development side, I’ve built full-stack systems using an MVC approach with PHP and MariaDB, including agricultural and livestock management platforms with production traceability, stock notifications via SMTP, and backend logic for real-time consumption and stock synchronization. I also integrated reporting workflows (PDF/Excel), designed dynamic JSON-based data structures, and implemented secure, audit-friendly features for transaction tracking.

I’m equally comfortable working at the infrastructure level and in learning environments: I designed and implemented lab network architecture (routers, switches, structured cabling) and supported hardware setup and maintenance for reliable lab operations. I also built backend services like a FastAPI-based REST API with SOAP integration for SRI Ecuador automation, including standards-driven XML signing. I bring that same hands-on, problem-solving mindset to every team.
