At Trimble, I led a headless WordPress logistics dashboard built with WPGraphQL (JWT-authenticated), React/Next.js (Apollo Client), and real-time updates via WebSockets and GraphQL subscriptions. I designed the data model (shipments, vehicles, drivers), added indexes and custom tables, and reduced load times from seconds to under 100 milliseconds while handling 1+ million daily API requests with response time under 200 ms and uptime above 99.9%. I also built compliance-grade audit logging and multisite isolation for enterprise clients.

In earlier roles, I shipped secure API-first WordPress systems: encrypted sensitive data with AES-256, implemented capability-based access control, and exposed REST endpoints for paginated read/write/soft delete. Now I treat AI as another API—integrating OpenAI GPT into WordPress admin for automation, building vector search with embeddings and Pinecone, and using RAG with retrieval from internal documentation to power Slack bots and support workflows.
