What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in a dynamic IT support team where I can help users resolve hardware, software, and network issues while developing my service desk skills.

I'm building toward an IT Service Desk Analyst role, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and OJT experience in Toyo Seat's IT Department. I bring basic troubleshooting knowledge across hardware, software, networks, Windows 10/11, password resets, and user account support.

In my current warehouse role at Tolman Manufacturing, I use Excel and NAV/SAP to track inventory, process shipments, investigate missing stock, and provide accurate reports. Previously at Scopeworks Asia, I verified transcription accuracy and delivered efficient work at over 80 words per minute, strengthening my attention to detail and communication.
