I’m a data analyst and atmospheric scientist with 14 years of experience transforming large-scale geospatial and meteorological datasets into actionable insight, built through academic research and small-business environments. My focus is turning complex raw feeds and imagery into reliable systems that others can trust and use.

I’ve built satellite imagery pipelines for a live mapping platform, including Python workflows processing GOES-R and Himawari data, cutting render latency from 5 minutes to 12 seconds. I also authored automated parsers for live weather feeds that stream onto interactive maps, reducing manual processing from 10 minutes to 10 seconds and refreshing data every 30 minutes.

I lead quality assurance for production weather APIs by designing edge-case test scenarios, identifying data inconsistencies, and validating pipeline integrity before release—supporting stable launches with zero critical post-release defects. With dual degrees from The Ohio State University and hands-on geospatial analysis using QGIS and Python, I produce rigorous data quality standards with MySQL/MariaDB and support research and operational decision-making.
