I am looking for a data-engineering role where I can build scalable, secure AWS-based data pipelines, mentor teams, and drive analytics-ready data platforms.

I am an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python, SQL and AWS services, focused on building scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and load. I have four years of professional IT experience contributing to core ETL services and production data platforms.

At Verisk I implemented multiprocessing architectures for terabyte-scale processing, automated ingestion with Snowpipe and S3/SQS event-driven micro-batch loads to Snowflake, and introduced Redis caching to accelerate data retrieval. I achieved 90%+ SONAR code coverage with Python unit tests while addressing security vulnerabilities.

I have developed proof-of-concept GenAI solutions (Claude Sonnet on Amazon Bedrock), engineered translation API endpoints, and led VR educational software development in academic research roles. I also mentor junior engineers and trainees to elevate team capability.
