I’m an experienced, detail-oriented professional with background in content moderation, AI data annotation, customer support, and digital graphic assistance. I review and classify digital content, enforce policies, and ensure accuracy and quality in both user-generated and AI outputs.

In my roles as a Content Moderator and TikTok AI Annotator (PII), I identify PII across text, images, audio, and documents, label and tag content, and follow privacy and compliance guidelines. I also perform quality assurance and accuracy checks while handling high-volume workloads in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments.

I’ve supported customers with website builder issues and account and billing inquiries, providing technical troubleshooting and clear communication. I bring strong attention to detail, consistency, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask across multiple priorities.
