At the Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology, I partnered with Budget and Finance executives to overhaul resource governance workflows, recovering $3M in state revenue during Fiscal Year 2025-26. I also co-founded and led the EPMO AI Community of Practice, helping operationalize Copilots and LLMs.
At University of Colorado Medicine, I designed patient-journey training and rebuilt the Quality Assurance program around HIPAA compliance and patient satisfaction. Earlier at DISH NETWORK CORPORATION, I developed training and workflows for an underperforming facility that brought it to consistently meeting corporate target metrics.
