At Advocate Health, I directed deployment of 1,400+ endpoint devices for new hospital construction at Aurora Medical Center Sheboygan County. Through contractor coordination and engagement with the site and other departments, the team met the planned go-live date.
I supported the implementation of ServiceNow IT Asset Management and Stockroom Management, helping develop processes and procedures and stand up additional stockrooms. I also reorganized the Heil stockroom and improved hardware accountability, traceability, and lifecycle documentation.
During the Windows 7 to Windows 10 enterprise migration, I led regional contractors and designed and documented upgrade procedures. I supported deployment of peripherals, software, and user profiles.
