What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support role where I can troubleshoot networks and systems, maintain CCTV and software, and support daily operations—while partnering with a team that values responsiveness, clear communication, and ownership.

I’m an IT Support Professional focused on troubleshooting, system support, and reliable day-to-day operations. I bring strong communication and organizational skills, along with a service mindset that helps teams stay productive.

In my current role as an IT Support Officer, I maintain and support CCTV systems and handle technical and software-related issues. I also design and deploy functional networks including LAN, WLAN, WAN, and VLANs, supporting both stability and performance.

Previously, I supported operations as an IT Support and Data Entry Officer internship and also worked as a Virtual Assistant for 2 years. I managed emails, schedules, appointments, records, and documentation—coordinating administrative and executive support tasks while maintaining professional virtual communication.
