At Google, I owned the intake, market feedback, and launch readiness systems connecting Search and Ecosystem product teams to the market. I built a global intake, triage, and routing system across 5+ product areas that handled about 200 customer requests a month, with a 90% resolution rate and a 2-day turnaround.
I also established feedback loops and governance across Brazil, India, and Japan, and replaced ad hoc readiness with a tiered process for 20+ AI product launches. Working with Product Finance, I modeled a $6B long-term ads revenue opportunity that secured leadership alignment to fund a dedicated local go-to-market team.
At Microsoft, I owned the product lifecycle and backlog for Dynamics 365 CRM tools. I shipped sales automation that saved 10 minutes per seller update and developed an event capability that reduced marketing-to-sales handoff from about 24 hours to real time.
Earlier at Microsoft, I led the merger of two marketing databases containing 1.2M lead records and 800 campaigns, followed by stabilizing lead routing. Across my other roles, I worked on marketing automation, campaign launches, and lead nurturing, including work that reduced lead acquisition costs by 50% and contributed $1.4M in sales conversion.
