I'm looking to contribute my collections and accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment where I can resolve payment issues, improve cash flow, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance financial processes.

I've supported C.H. Robinson's global logistics network since 2015, managing high-volume accounts, resolving payment issues, and helping strengthen cash flow and reduce risk.

As a Senior Collections Specialist, I identify payment trends, discrepancies, and high-risk accounts while partnering with branches and customers on timely resolution. I also support reporting, strategic planning, escalation processes, and improvements to centralized collections systems and procedures.
