At Kooth Digital Health, I oversee workforce shift management to help Service Users receive timely support, using workflow data to identify improvements and provide reports for supervisors. I've built Shift Lead training, policies, SOPs, onboarding tracking, and scheduling processes for leave and bilingual coverage while partnering across departments on employee policies and processes.
