At Fiserv, I guided digital wallet implementations for large financial institutions and coordinated delivery with Visa, Mastercard, Apple, and Google. I also led 100 CardHub SDK application launches in 90 days while managing migrations, readiness, dependencies, risks, and client communication.
Earlier at Coca-Cola Customer Business Solutions, I led the Salesforce.com migration for CPACT, supporting more than 2,500 users and generating approximately $100K in annual savings. I also helped launch a QuickBase solution with Walmart that delivered a $40M+ first-year sales lift.
