I’m seeking to expand into Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility, bringing my background in immigration operations, client service, and stakeholder coordination.

At MERCAN ASIA LTD., I manage 100–200 international immigration and residency cases annually, coordinating each case from initial document collection through processing and completion.

I review immigration requirements, forms, and supporting documents to identify gaps and help ensure cases meet applicable requirements. I also explain processes, timelines, and next steps to international clients.

I coordinate with embassies, consulates, government authorities, legal representatives, and external service providers on submissions, document authentication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

I’ve developed and improved case-management workflows and SOPs, and supported onboarding and training for new team members. I’m seeking to expand into Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility.
