What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles that demand strong client engagement, problem-solving, and strategic thinking—where I can run end-to-end processes, build long-term relationships, and contribute to revenue growth with high accountability.

I’m an Account Manager focused on delivering end-to-end procurement and exceptional client service for high-net-worth and luxury yacht clients. In my current role, I manage quotations, order processing, invoicing, and time-critical sourcing of specialist products.

I build long-term partnerships by responding quickly to enquiries, coordinating with suppliers, resolving delivery issues, and travelling to clients when required. I also actively identify new business opportunities to support revenue growth and service excellence.

Before this, I strengthened my commercial and people skills through a Recruitment Consultant role managing the full engineering recruitment lifecycle, plus hospitality experience as a Marriott International Guest Relations Manager. My bookkeeping and administration background adds strong financial acumen, accuracy, and proficiency with Pastel, Netcash, and Microsoft Office.
