With 9 years in BPO industry, been with different positions , I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team.

Currently, I'm part of Frosch Travel LLC Finance Operations ( Commission Collections Team ) and helping our Account Receivables to research the payment within our accounting database. Been working with Frosch since June 2022. Also, I'm handling our teams Outstanding Commissions Masterfile. I extract outstanding and aging commissions from database, then prepare it in excel as our reference in collecting commissions from the hotels, insurance and tour companies and the same excel file, it serves as our weekly performance report, that our Manager use to track our performance and she might uses it when she has meetings with higher-ups. I initiated that file, as when I started working in this team, we don't have a compiled file for the 3 of us in our team. We were just having our own list of outstanding commissions distributed to us.

I decided to do this Masterfile for our team, to help streamline our process in collections and reporting. I enjoy, making task and process, easier to work with and understand. That is beneficial, not only for me, but also with the people I work with and the business.

Aside from that, for my Customer Service skill, I get recognition from the travel agents that I helped with their commissions being chased and paid by the hotels.

It's my compassion with others, that in need of my help, that strive me to do my best in every job, that I've been with.
