What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator with experience supporting end-to-end procurement operations, including purchase orders, quotations, and supplier documentation. I coordinate with suppliers on pricing, deliveries, and order status updates to help requests move quickly and correctly.
In my current role at Guide Line Interiors LLC, I maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and inventory documentation, and support management with reports and administrative data entry. I’m known for timely processing of procurement requests while following company procedures with professionalism and efficiency.
Previously, as a Document Controller & Secretary, I managed company documents and filing systems, including proper storage, version control, and confidentiality of records. I also handled scheduling, correspondence, meeting support, and prepared reports, letters, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Earlier customer-facing roles strengthened my communication and multitasking under pressure. From CSR / Sales to driver account support at TELUS International, I handled inquiries through multiple channels, monitored transactions in the Oracle System, prepared daily sales reports, and resolved issues while keeping accurate records.
