At Tata Consultancy Services, I support Cisco's global e-commerce operations by managing the end-to-end resource lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through allocation, deployment, SOW mapping, timesheets, billing, and invoicing.

I drive workforce planning and forecasting, prepare manpower, Net Addition and B2C reports, and maintain SLA dashboards, PMO trackers, cost sheets, MIS reports, and action trackers. I work closely with project managers, recruitment, HR, finance, and delivery teams to resolve operational dependencies and keep projects moving.

Before my PMO-focused work, I supported Citibank US and Australia engagements across customer service, verifications, collections, recovery, quality assurance, reporting, and process controls. I also built customer service, escalation management, and telecom operations experience at Tech Mahindra/3G Telecom Operations.

I use Advanced Excel, Beeline, SharePoint, Office 365, Outlook, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot to support structured reporting, process documentation, and day-to-day project operations.
