Jemimah Crawford

I’m currently based near Newcastle Station and I’m studying Politics at Newcastle University after completing my A-levels. I bring a practical, service-minded approach shaped by both education support work and retail experience.

As a part-time Teacher Assistant at St Leonard's Catholic School (November 2024 to June 2025), I supported pupils in English by helping with their work, concentration, and motivation. My responsibilities included tutoring and class monitoring, and the role taught me to balance school commitments with punctual, professional responsibilities, with a strong focus on hygiene and cleanliness.

I also have retail experience working in Durham Cathedral coffee shop. During my volunteer application process, I achieved certificates in an anti-terrorism course and in sales skills, which reinforced how I should act according to the situation given. I’m looking for work where my communication and listening skills can help make every customer satisfied with the service I offer.
