I’m a results-driven Project Manager and Automation/Quality Assurance specialist focused on optimizing workflows, automating processes, and strengthening software quality. I bring cross-functional collaboration and vendor performance management to ensure deliverables consistently meet expectations.

In my current role, I direct client consultancy and internal projects through efficient time management and collaboration. I enhance QA/QC consistency by developing and deploying custom AI bots to oversee project deliverables, while managing the documentation lifecycle and providing technical backup for automation workflows using Zapier, Make, and N8N.

Previously, I performed comprehensive automated and manual testing, including system performance analysis and software testing with Python and LambdaTest, supported by CRM automation. I’ve also been recognized with awards like Employee of the Year and Employee of the Quarter, and I bring a proactive, detail-focused approach to SOP development, troubleshooting, and process streamlining.
