What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a virtual assistant, customer support, guest support, administration, or sales coordination role where I can use my experience with reservations, client communication, online correspondence, and day-to-day business operations.

I ran Hotel Albergo Alla Rosa - Sole SAS from 2009 to 2022, managing daily operations, administration, finances, reservations, guest relations, and staff coordination.

Most recently, at MNE Property Invest, I managed sales processes and client relationships while planning sales activities and communicating with clients and business partners.

I also bring administrative experience from the Tennis Federation of Montenegro, Tennis Club NEC, and EKO S Bank, supporting management, maintaining records, coordinating activities, and handling documentation.
